Ethics and security
It is important to avoid ethical violations such as data fabrication and falsification, Plagiarism, simultaneous submission, duplicate publication, redundant publications, improper author contribution or attribution, citation manipulation. It is assumed that the authors are fully aware of the technical definition of above mentioned violations.
If the editor considers that the research has not been carried out within an appropriate ethical framework, manuscripts will be rejected and authors will be marked as the black list.
In addition, if plagiarism or non-conformity of ethics be specified for a published article, the mentioned article will be retracted.
The sole responsibility for the whole contents of the paper (views and statements) remains only to the author(s).
The authors do not have the right to re-submit the rejected articles by the journal in a transformed version.
